Purple carries further than white ever does
Most solar path lights are a thin warm white that disappears against a porch light. These sit at the other end of the spectrum, so the whole run reads as deliberate from the sidewalk rather than as ordinary garden lighting somebody forgot to turn off.

The whole ghost lights up
Each one is a moulded shell with the LED sitting inside it, so the light comes through the entire body and the face reads as dark cut-outs. A bulb behind a flat printed panel looks exactly like a bulb behind a flat printed panel.

Down one side of the front walk, around a flower bed, or in a loose group under a tree. The wire between them gives you a little slack to play with.

Whatever the pack says. Twelve Ghosts is one wired run of twelve on a single solar panel. Twenty-four and thirty-six are simply more of the same — two runs and three runs, each with its own panel.
They are solar. The small panel on its own spike charges from daylight, so there is no plug, no extension lead and no batteries to buy.
A good day of sun will usually run them through the evening and well into the night. Charge is the thing that varies — a spot in deep shade, or a run of grey days, gives you a shorter night.
Purple and green. There are eight modes, from a steady single colour through to a slow fade between the two. It cycles on its own; there is no remote and no mode button to lose in a drawer.
